ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Since its inception, Defywire’s approach has been to use technology to create a safe school environment so that children could learn and teachers could teach. Our software solution, Mobile Guardian Safety Suite, was designed in an easy-to-use format so school personnel had access to an array of applications that support our reason for being. Late in 2006, we launched an initiative of 100 Tips for Child Safety which are seen on PBS stations across the country.

We applaud the school districts that have embraced our technology solution but have had ongoing anxiety over those who, for one reason or another, were unable to implement it. Defywire is, and has been, concerned about everyday events that impact the safety and security of our schools. As we assessed today’s school environment, we came to the conclusion that we needed to be the driver of a proactive position. In other words, make it easier for schools to deploy a solution to help all parties—administrators, teachers, students, parents, etc—focus on teaching and learning.

Enough is Enough continues our mission of keeping students safe and teachers teaching by donating $1,000,000 of the Mobile Guardian Safety Suite to school districts that want to make their learning environments safer and more responsive in a time of crisis.

Mobile Guardian Safety Suite provides immediate access to student information including; emergency contact information, incident reporting, emergency attendance, and schedules as well as capturing visitors to a school.
